TERMS OF SALE — CASPER CLOUD

1. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
Casper Cloud sells digital design files for PerfectPanel-based websites:
themes, page templates, graphic assets and installation guides. Nothing
physical is shipped. Nothing is hosted on your behalf unless the Bespoke
tier is purchased and states otherwise in writing.

2. DELIVERY
For the Assets Pack, Single Theme, Growth Pack and Complete Library tiers,
delivery is automatic and immediate. Within minutes of a successful payment
we send an email to the address you enter at checkout. That email contains
your invoice and a personal, time-limited download link. Delivery is
complete at the moment that email is sent. It is your responsibility to
enter a working email address and to check spam filtering. If the email
does not arrive, contact support and we will re-send it; a delivery failure
is a support matter, not a billing dispute.

3. LICENCE
Each tier grants a licence for a stated number of panels, shown on the
product page and on your invoice. The licence is non-exclusive and
non-transferable. You may modify the files for your own panels. You may not
resell, redistribute, sub-licence, or publish the files, in original or
modified form, as a product of your own. Breach of this clause terminates
the licence immediately and without refund.

4. REFUNDS
Digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned. Once the
delivery email has been sent, the sale is final and no refund is available.
Before that moment, if you have paid but nothing has been delivered, you are
entitled to a full refund on request.

Three exceptions, honoured regardless of the above:
  (a) You were charged twice for the same order.
  (b) The files delivered are materially different from what the product
      page described.
  (c) The files are corrupted or incomplete and we cannot supply a working
      replacement within five business days.
To claim any of these, email support with your order number. We respond
within one business day.

5. SUPPORT, NOT COMPATIBILITY GUARANTEES
Our themes are built for PerfectPanel. We do not guarantee compatibility
with modified PerfectPanel installations, third-party plugins, custom
forks, or other panel software. Installation help is included at the level
stated for your tier. A theme working differently on a modified panel is
not a defect.

6. CHARGEBACKS
If you have a problem, contact support first — support@caspersmm.cloud. We
answer within one business day. Opening a chargeback without contacting us
is a breach of these terms. For any dispute we will supply the card issuer
with: your recorded consent to these terms, the timestamp and IP address of
that consent, the full event log for your order, the delivery email record,
and the download log showing each time the files were retrieved, with
timestamp and IP address.

7. YOUR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
By ticking the consent box at checkout you confirm that: you are the
authorised holder of the payment method used; you have read and accepted
these terms in full; you understand the goods are digital and delivered
immediately; and you understand that once delivered they are non-refundable
outside the exceptions in clause 4.

8. RECORD KEEPING
We record and retain, for each order: the exact version of these terms you
accepted, a cryptographic hash of that text, the date and time of
acceptance, your IP address, your browser user-agent string, every status
change on your order, the delivery email and its recipient, and every
download of your files with time and IP address. This record exists to
resolve disputes fairly for both sides.

9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of establishment.
