Payment terms

Currency and methods

All prices are quoted and charged in USD. Visa, Mastercard, mada, Apple Pay and STC Pay, processed by MyFatoorah.

Card details are entered on MyFatoorah's pages and never touch this site.

When payment is due

Payment is due in full before delivery. Digital goods are released the moment payment is confirmed.

Invoices issued directly

Payment due within 7 days of the invoice date. Work begins once the first payment clears.

Bespoke projects

Custom work starts with a deposit of 50%, with the balance due on delivery. The deposit pays for time already committed and becomes non-refundable once work begins. Anything not yet started at the point of cancellation is refunded.

Tax

Prices are exclusive of any tax due in your own country. Where tax applies to a sale, it appears as a separate line on the invoice.

Confirmation

An order is only treated as paid once MyFatoorah confirms it to our server directly. We never mark an order paid on the basis of your browser returning from the payment page — that is the one route by which a fraudulent order could otherwise slip through.

Delivery

Files are emailed within minutes of payment confirmation. Nothing is shipped.

Failed and duplicate payments

A failed payment creates no obligation on either side; nothing is charged and nothing is delivered. If you are charged twice for one order, email us with both references and the duplicate is refunded in full.

Disputes

Email [email protected] before contacting your bank. We keep a complete record of every order — the terms you accepted with a timestamp, the payment confirmation, the delivery email and every download — and we present it when a chargeback is filed. Settling directly takes minutes; a chargeback takes months and costs both sides.
